The living room and kitchen have been joined to eliminate the corridor, creating a spacious and bright reception room. The bedrooms maintain their original layout but they have been fitted with functional built-in closets. The old bathroom has been reconfigured to accommodate two separate toilets with a shower, while the hallway counts with a fully integrated generous closet.

The interior design of the apartment combines classic Victorian elements such as mouldings, baseboards and cornices with minimalistic partitions, openings and fixed furniture.

To preserve the iconic character of this distinctive building, the windows facing the street are custom-made: they keep the appearance and dimensions of the original wooden mullions while allowing the integration of soundproof double glazing to meet today's thermal conditioning standards.

Interior finishes include hardwood floors, Italian marble kitchens and bathrooms, and a selection of functional and contemporary furnishings.
