the upper floor plans

The upper floors show the key elements of the project: the two large block courtyards, the landscape design and the formation of the stepped roof terraces.

The general floor plans of the upper levels show the different housing units around the large block courtyards.

Faced with the rigidity of the architecture, structured based on optimal and rational modulation, the landscape design adopts a language of soft forms.

The different entrances to the plot are connected through wide pedestrian walkways, while the gardens help provide shade and privacy.
