Contract administration is an ongoing task during the construction phase. It mainly comprises negotiating, supporting and administering the direct orders from the clients, as well as managing the timelines with the main contractor.
We schedule, lead and follow up on coordination meetings between agents and contractors before the start on site date; we supervise the project’s programme and keep track of external orders such as unique installations, external consultancies, lighting, furniture, etc.
This service offers further quality control, in addition to the Faculty Management tasks of site supervision required by law.
